Kazuya: Pretty technical as a lot of his good links depend on steps. Steps seem key to mastering Kazuya, but they’re hard to execute out of the gate and therefore are pointless for me to focus on until I learn more how Tekken characters work.
Jin: Also step dependent, but less so. More varied with different stances that are quick and easy to execute. I could see myself wrecking shit with Jin. Target combos make me love him.
Rolento: Holy shit, this dude loves his fakes and baits. I’ll come back to him later.
I started using Steve tonight and
Best character ever. Hand-in-glove for me. He’ll fill the void until the on-disc DLC gets released and we can buy new characters already on the disc and I get my precious Dudley back.
Link timing is harder than SSFIV’s timing with Zangief, but I’m getting better at churning butter.
Now I don’t need to jump into a SPD or Atomic Suplex like a bunny hopping pussy. Fuck with me.
Also learning to create great team synergy with Yoshimitsu/Raven.
My long-term goal is to KO someone with Yoshimitsu’s hara-kiri move. I will scream like a little bitch when I pull that off.
